VA: Find, Train, Manage

Setup typically takes 7-14 days per VA, depending on the training required. However, we may already have the perfect candidate ready to go, so feel free to give us a call!

Our setup process typically begins with a brief meeting to discuss your needs and assess your current situation. Once we have a clear understanding, we can move forward with content production. If you prefer not to have a Zoom call, we can also communicate via email.

Training is provided for using Sirkle AI, HighLevel, and other software like PowConnect and Groups Pro, tailored to your specific requirements.

Each VA receives training in appointment setting through social media, Facebook group building, and essential tasks like responding to emails. We prioritize hiring individuals with excellent English skills and ensure all VAs have correction software installed for added accuracy.

Your newly trained VA will have daily tasks to complete. During their first week, they will aim to accomplish all assigned tasks and will communicate with both you and us if they find the workload is either too light or too heavy for the given hours.

Additionally, your VA will provide daily updates, keeping you informed about any issues, changes, and, most importantly, new leads!
